Our company is located in San Vito between the towns of Magione and Passignano sul Trasimeno in the province of Perugia.
The property, which covers about 8 hectares, is located on the slopes of the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno; in its well-positioned grounds you can find centuries-old olive trees of different varieties.
Of tectonic origin, the soils surrounding Lake Trasimeno lend themselves to cultivation in general and especially to the cultivation of the olive plant: they consist of clay that keeps the soil always moist and rocks that act as natural drainage during periods of higher rainfall.
This conformation combined with excellent sun exposure are the perfect setting for the production of superior quality extra virgin olive oil.
Our farm specializes in the production of organic oil and is the custodian of unique varieties of olive trees.
Research and enhancement of the land and the fruits it offers has always been the path we pursue: we give values to ancient and unique flavors, to a taste now lost in time.
Quality is a must for us; we put love and passion into everything we do by respecting nature and caring for our centuries-old plants.
We want to be custodians and defenders of the biodiversity of the territory and keep unchanged the autochthonous heritage left by our ancestors; by those people who before us found in these places the right habitat to grow and produce olive oil.
