Gea1916 is a Benefit Company created to carry out an important project: setting up a location centered around the concepts of health and spirituality, i.e. truly “holistic”. In fact, we do believe that over the last decades human beings’ lifestyle has caused a separation between these two components, which must be kept together if we want to keep balanced, and happy. This is our goal, which we will pursue over the next years.

Within this project, olive groves are our ambassadors: for millennia they symbolized the union between human beings and divinity in all mediterranean-area religions, while their nectar is the epitome of foods that prevent illnesses. We set up three Gea’s Sacred Olive groves, where anyone from every corner of the world can ask us to plant a new olive tree dedicated to a newborn, to a soul continuing the journey beyond the physical realm, or to a great love. This is the reason why for Gea1916 it is of paramount importance that evo oil is
–organic;
–Protected Denomination of Origin;
-produced exclusively from our own groves, cultivated according to traditional, regenerative agricultural techniques, respectful of the environment and of man’s work;
and, of course, is of the highest possible quality.

In fact, Gea1916’s Recondita Armonia has been awarded by Gambero Rosso Guide to Oils of Italy with the Special Award “New Entry of the Year“, and the highest recognition of three leaves has been accorded.

At tasting: artichoke, grass, nettle, almond, walnut, arugula, pepper, balsamic.

Chemical analysis: free acid fats: 0.17%; number of peroxides: 2.2; total poliphenols: 746 mg/kg.

Excellent balance between fruity, bitter and spiciness.

Recondita Armonia has been filtered in-line at the end of milling process, and stored in steel tanks under argon at controlled temperature since then, in order to keep its excellence intact over time.
