MOLINO CIRINNA’ SANTO

We were born between the wheat and the sun, between the earth and the rustling of the wind on the olive leaves, in the heart of eastern Sicily. 

Ours is a love story, hard work and respect for nature that began in Canicattini Bagni in 1850 with the construction of a stone mill with which our family, that of the founder Santo Cirinnà, began to produce high quality durum wheat flour for the inhabitants of the village. After over a century of activity, our company has grown with Claudio, the founder’s son, with whom the mill for cold pressing of olives was born, which gave life to a superior quality extra virgin olive oil.
