Located in Adana, in the heart of the Eastern Mediterranean, Aler Oil Agriculture has long been renowned for its fertile lands and high-quality agricultural products.
Our region is historically considered one of the ancient agricultural basins of Northern Mesopotamia. For centuries, one of the most special representatives of this region has been the Sari Ulak olive. Some of the nearly thousand-year-old Sari Ulak trees in our region carry not only olives but also living traces of history to the present day.
For us, the harvest season is not just a production process, but a continuation of our traditions. We begin harvesting in the early morning hours, gently picking the olives from our orchards and transporting them to our facility for cold pressing within 3 hours. We bring this delicate flavor directly from our orchards to your tables.
