Made from olives harvested in our groves in Rio Grande do Sul, Prosperato Exclusivo Koroneiki is crafted at our own mill in Caçapava do Sul, RS, Brazil.
Koroneiki is a monovarietal from our Exclusivo line, produced exclusively from olives of the Greek variety of the same name. The result is an extra virgin olive oil with a herbaceous, green fruity profile, featuring notes of nuts, dried fruits, and an irresistible almond touch.
