オリーブの小枝香房 -Ramo d’olivo-は、上州・群馬県前橋市にひっそりと構える小さなオリーブ農園です。栽培から搾油まで、スペイン・アンダルシア州政府認定のカタドール/オリーブオイル鑑定士の称号保持者で小豆島オリーブ公園前事業部長の古川安久氏の全面的指導下で行っています。

小豆島産のオリーブ苗木を、年間日照時間の長い上州・前橋で成木まで育て、豊かに結実したオリーブ果実を一つ一つ手摘みで収穫し、当園内のオリーブオイル搾油所にて搾油しています。

Ramo d’Olivo is a small, quietly run olive grove located in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, in the Joshu region of Japan. From cultivation to oil extraction, all processes are carried out under the close guidance of Mr Yasuhisa Furukawa, a certified catador (olive oil taster) officially recognised by the Government of Andalusia, Spain, and former Head of Operations at Shodoshima Olive Park.

Olive saplings originating from Shodoshima are carefully grown to maturity in Maebashi, an area known for its long annual hours of sunshine. Once the olives are fully ripened, they are harvested by hand, one by one, and pressed on-site at our own olive oil mill to produce fresh olive oil of the highest quality.
