Aceites Oro Bailén is a family company, located in the foothills of Sierra Morena, in the northern mountains of the province of Jaén, which has been betting on “early” extra virgin olive oil for almost 20 years.

ORO BAILEN is obtained from olives harvested at the beginning of October, in a state of optimum ripeness, which makes its fruit a true olive juice, with very particular organoleptic characteristics, highlighting the intensity of its fruitiness and the complexity of its aromas; herbaceous and fruity, standing out in the mouth, its exceptional balance between bitter and spicy.
The harvesting and transport of the fruit from the field to the entrance to the oil mill is carried out continuously throughout the day and in short periods of time, completing the entire process in just 2 hours.
Subsequently, the oil is cold extracted at temperatures below 22º and selected for classification in the cellar, where it is stored throughout the year, filtered and inertized with nitrogen, for its perfect conservation, thus maintaining practically unaltered the physical-chemical and organoleptic properties of the product.
