Maria Caputo is the heiress of one of the most ancient families of olive-growners and oil mill owners of Molfetta (Bari). With her sons Ignazio and Antonio, Maria Caputo continues a decaded-long family tradition, aimed at producing a top-quality olive oil.

Thus was born the extra virgin olive oil Gran Pregio: the best olives of Coratina and Peranzana cultivar strictly cultivated according to the standards  required  by organic farming, with due regard for environmental concerns and encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

Tradition co-exists with innovation in the family oil mill headed by Maria’s father, Ignazio Caputo, where olives are trasformed the same picking up day by a last generation continuos running equipment. The produced extra-virgin olive oil is on-line filtered and stocked in silos.
