About Azienda Agricola FADDA SEBASTIANO

The Fadda-Puligheddu family’s olive farm is located on the central-eastern side of Central Sardinia, between the foothills of the Supramonte and the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
There are 12 hectares planted with olive trees and managed and certified organically.
The cultivation is typical and characteristic of the area, where historically this cultivation is based on the grafting of the olive tree with the wild olive tree. There are about 3000 plants of the Nera di Oliena and Bosana cultivars that have been present in the area for several centuries.
The management is in a certified organic regime, but attentive to the values of environmental, ethical and social sustainability.
The primary objective of the cultivation is the enhancement of the two Cultivars Nera di Oliena and Bosana which, although in the same environment, are expressed in specific characteristics of authenticity thanks to the nutraceutical and functional values that place them among the most interesting CVs in the international olive oil scene.
