Azienda Agricola Scisci is a renowned oil mill (located in Monopoli, south of Bari, at the entrance to the Itria Valley – Apulia region) specialised in the milling of olives and the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil. Founded in 2012, our company represents the latest chapter of a long family tradition in the olive sector.
The Scisci family has been handing down the best Apulian olive oil tradition and culture for four generations. Top quality oils and products of Apulian gastronomy are produced as they were a hundred years ago. We work in the field of olive oil production, focusing on the quality and authenticity of our product.
