Campos de Uleila, a special olive oil born in the Tabernas Desert—Europe’s only desert, located in the Spanish region of Andalusia—is a magnificent family project that began with a child’s dream of ‘making the desert bloom’.

The olives, which grow in a dry environment with over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, possess a concentrated aroma and flavour that give them a unique character.

This oil is made from olives grown on the company’s own 100% organic estates, which are harvested ‘early’, whilst still green, and pressed at low temperature in a sealed environment.

The result is an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, with an acidity of just 0.1%.

Our company manages the entire process from start to finish, from cultivation to pressing and bottling, thereby guaranteeing quality and traceability.

It is an oil rich in polyphenols and offers significant health benefits.

Furthermore, we participate in environmental conservation projects and practise sustainable agriculture that protects biodiversity.
