Establecimiento OLIVUM is an olive grove proud to be Argentine, as well as pleased to share, nationally and internationally, its most delicious flavors. The 4000 hectares are next to the Andes in the Province of San Juan. It benefits with the virtues of the land and the water as well as the direct access to the National Highway 40, which allows an easy and fast movement of large trucks and machinery.

The olive grove has produced a positive impact in the area and continues to happen that is why we renew our commitment to the environment every year. Our annual fertilization plans provide nutrients to our plants affected by intensive production, and we use pesticides in an appropriate and controlled way, to guarantee the safeness of our olives and our oils.

We apply technology to the production process. We have technology of last generation.
