About IL FONTANARO
FONTANARO is an organic and agritourism company in Umbria on the border with Tuscany. The olive harvest begins in October to obtain the best quality, controlling all phases of the process, from manual harvesting to pressing within 6 hours of harvesting.
The company has a private olive oil mill, which is powered by a solar thermal photovoltaic system.
