Palacio Oliaxi is a company based in the Estepa region of Seville. We are producers of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Our estates are located in strategically exceptional areas due to their climate conditions and the quality of their soils. We take special care during the olive harvest. The resulting oil is from the first cold extraction, sacrificing quantity for quality during the milling process to obtain an oil of superior quality.
