In 2022, Novella, Matteo and Federica Baroni along with their mother Diletta took over a twelve-hectare olive grove that had been in the family for various generations and situated on the hills of Bagno a Ripoli, on the outskirts of Florence. Since then, they have dedicated themselves with passion to the cultivation of olive trees and the production of extra-virgin organic olive oil.
Our Olive Oil
The olives (frantoio, moraiolo, pendolino and leccino cultivars) are harvested by hand and cold pressed on the same day to conserve the organoleptic and nutraceutical properties of the oil, which is then micro-filtered to optimize preservation.
