Frantoio Romano Vincenzo, founded in Bronte in 1959, focuses primarily on processing olives into oil, both for third parties and for its own production. 
While carrying out its contract work, the mill also provides consultancy on the cultivand harvesting phases, aimed at improving the quality of the oil, guiding producers towards obtaining increasingly high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Over the years, the company has always used cutting-edge technologies in its olive processing. In 2025, significant investments were made with the installation of new facilities on our premises featuring a continuous extraction system entirely constructed of stainless steel and fully washable from batch to batch.
The company meticulously selects raw materials and monitors all processes, from extraction to filtration, storage, and packaging, with the utmost attention to ensuring the highest quality of the products sold.
