The history of Casa de Santo Amaro, begins in 14 October 1687, and is currently in the possession of the eighth family generation. Our farm has approximately 800 hectares, of which approximately 165 hectares have olive groves, only olive trees from native varieties of our region Trás-os-Montes.
During the year, we take care of the olive trees of our farm, and we harvest the fruits in Autumn. The olives are transported directly from the field to our olive mill, and immediately processed. We make the storage and the packaging of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil!  This is the way to assure high level of quality! Everything is done in our farm. ” Pure Juice of fresh and healthy olive fruits“.
