YSHQ stands for Your Source of Health and Quality but it literally means attaching love in Arabic عشق. The brand was born from a legacy rooted in love, land and remembrance.The olive groves that gave life to YSHQ were not simply cultivated, it’s my father’s legacy that as a daughter wanted to protect and to carry on his hard working years of devotion to this land.Through our olive grove, I can witness that the olive tree is a symbol of patience, resilience, and continuity. Every season, every harvest, is an act of respect toward nature and a promise to remember my beloved father who tragically passed away 5 years ago after 2 years disease battle.When he passed away five years ago, those groves became more than an inheritance they became a responsibility. As a woman it was very hard for me to enter this « man’s » field at first. Then I have taken things from scratch, trained and learned myself how to preserve this legacy. Slowly I have discovered a completely different world from my business background and got attached to the trees, the olives and the olive oil juice they offered me every year.During this journey, I have learned new values and understood the care to the land that every agriculture handled in his heart.This is how YSHQ was born as it continues to be tasted and appreciated in every drop of olive oil produced.Yshq olives are hand-selected and cold-pressed to preserve purity, flavor, and nutritional value. The result is an extra-virgin olive oil of remarkable balance and character.
This dedication to quality has earned YSHQ international recognition and awards in only one year ago, affirming that legacy and excellence can walk hand in hand.
