Description:
The extra virgin olive oil DOP Chianti Classico I Tattoli is produced from a blend of olives typical of the area, from selected cutivars to obtain a harmonious mix of flavours. On tasting the oil is fluid, with fresh, herbaceous, almondy and slightly bitter sensations. The spiciness arrives later and then the bitterness returns with notes of unripe apple and pine nut. The result is a balanced, medium intensity oil that adapts easily to all foods but with many aromas and flavours.
