Extra virgin olive oil cuvée is a type of several varietal olive oils. The Istrska belica, Leccino and Maurino are in the foreground, while the broad aromatic profile is supported by olive oils from some other varieties. The taste of the olive oil is fresh and fruity, distinctly bitter and spicy, and medium-intense. It is characterized by a green and fruity aroma, reminiscent of olive leaves, aromatic spices, apple, artichoke, tomato leaf and fresh grass. The bitterness and spiciness are nicely distributed and combine with a sweet almond taste. The oil is harmonious with a wide aromatic spectrum.
