M.Elodia determined the company's positioning among the best and most awarded Italian companies.
Dedicated by Valeria to her mother Elodia, this oil originates from a blend of oils extracted from Carolea, Coratina and Roggianella.
The accurate work of tasting and research, in profiling the most perfect blend, was rewarded by winning the prestigious Award, received in April 2024, from the renowned Sol d'Oro oil
competition.
Melodia received the trophy for Best Intense Fruitiness during the Vinitaly 2024 trade fair, organized in Verona.
The description elaborated by the panel of experts who decreed its sensory profile, defines our Melodia with the following narration: "The great olfactory intensity is characterized by splendid notes of green olives, grass and fresh almond, while on the palate bitterness predominates at the beginning, followed by a sweet spiciness of the right intensity, with herbaceous fragrances and precious notes of almond and thistle, with slight vegetal nuances of chicory that define this oil with a passionate personality and long persistence".
