Olionostrum is a unique extra virgin olive oil, born in the heart of Tuscany, in Valdambra, between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. Made from a selection of the best oils produced by the farms of the Oleum Agricolae Network, it represents the essence of the local olive-growing tradition.
The olives, grown exclusively by the network's olive growers, are processed in the Olivone Oil Mill, an innovative prototype plant designed to enhance the quality and typicality of native varieties. Thanks to this advanced technology, Olionostrum encapsulates the best of the territory in every drop, guaranteeing an oil with an excellent and authentic sensory profile.
