Launched in 2022 to honor the founder of Frantoi Covato, the DOP/BIO edition of “1985” captures the soul of the Monti Iblei — a land where olive growing follows the rhythms of nature and centuries of tradition.
Made from native organic cultivars, hand-harvested and cold-extracted at 27°C using a protoreactor system, this oil reveals a refined and vibrant character that expresses the strength of the land and the elegance of time.
