Organic extra virgin olive oil from Alicante (Spain), made exclusively from 100% Blanqueta olives. Early-harvest (October 2025), cold-extracted with strict temperature control. Green fruity profile with notes of fresh herbs, green almond and banana, with balanced bitterness and spiciness and a smooth mouthfeel. Produced from our own family groves near the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park, using certified organic farming practices.
