ena ena Three Roots Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2026)

Three Roots is a unique blend of the varieties Manaki, Koroneiki and Athinolia. The Olive fruit is harvested early in the campaign and this delicate and aromatic olive oil is produced. Manaki variety gives a gentle flavor of herbs, mint and tomato. The other two varieties give a pleasant sensation of freshness and green aromas like freshly cut grass, artichoke with low intensity of bitter and pungent perfectly balanced.
