This is the first year we've produced this olive oil; it's a special edition celebrating the 80th birthday of our matriarch, Sônia Goelzer. A medium-intensity olive oil produced with Coratina, Picual, Leccino, and Galega olives, it has notes of macerated leaves, asparagus, fennel, papaya, fresh herbs, vanilla, floral notes, spices, lychee, tomato, and basil.
