Extra virgin olive oil obtained from Nocellara del Belìce olives grown in Contrada Donzelle, Partanna, in the heart of the Valle del Belìce. The olives are hand-harvested and cold-extracted within a few hours to preserve their natural quality and aromas.
It features a medium green fruity profile, with balanced bitter and spicy notes and hints of artichoke, olive leaf, fresh grass and tomato.
Ideal drizzled raw over soups, legumes, cheeses, meat, fish and salads, and also excellent for roasts, sauces and fish baked in foil.
Certified D.O.P. Valle del Belìce olive oil.
