Manazuru Olives are entirely pesticide-free. They are organically cultivated without any chemical fertilisers. Manazuru's warm and rich natural environment is ideal for olive cultivation. From pruning to harvest, everything is done by hand, with the help of the farm's goats and chickens, nurtured with care and affection.
By pressing the olives shortly after harvest using the farm's own oil press, oxidation is minimised to the utmost. This oil is regarded as magical, capable of dramatically transforming the flavour of dishes with just a small amount.
