Description 商品の説明
Medium fruitiness, fresh green olive with pleasant ripe notes. Fruity aromas in which banana and apple stand out, wrapped in vegetal notes reminiscent of freshly cut grass, artichoke and green tomato.
On the palate, the oil enters smooth and sweet, then reveals a light to medium pungency and bitterness, very well balanced. It finishes with a green almond aftertaste.
Overall, a very complex oil, both friendly and distinctive at the same time.
