The Caninese is an ancient variety of olive tree, cultivated in the area of the Tuscia viterbese since Etruscan times. Very rustic and adaptable it is the flagship of these territories. The oil it produces is deep green, with a fruity aroma in which bitterness and spiciness are in balance and agree pleasantly to the herbaceous notes.
