OLIPE3RIOS (2026)

This extra virgin olive oil is part of our “Olivar de los #3Ríos” project, a collection that reflects the deep connection between olive oil, landscape, and biodiversity in the north of Córdoba, in the Los Pedroches Valley.

Our olive groves extend across a unique territory shaped by three rivers — Guadalbarbo, Cuzna, and Gato — which define the character of the land and sustain a rich ecosystem where traditional olive farming coexists with native wildlife.

Lot 20/26 represents the work of hundreds of farming families who are part of our cooperative. Together, they preserve a model of traditional mountain olive groves, managed with respect for nature and passed down through generations.

More than just an olive oil, this EVOO expresses a landscape, a community, and a way of farming that seeks balance between production and environmental preservation.
