OLTRE was born from the desire to express Peranzana in its most authentic and recognizable form.
It is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil made from carefully selected green olives, sourced exclusively from a century-old family grove.
At our mill, we oversee every stage of the process with rigor and attention, in order to preserve the oil’s varietal identity and natural complexity.
On the palate, it stands out for its medium-intense fruitiness, with notes of fresh grass, tomato leaf, and fresh almond, supported by a deep and balanced structure.
OLTRE is produced in limited quantities.
It is an oil that requires time and respect; much like any uncompromising choice.
