Made from olives harvested in our groves in Rio Grande do Sul, Prosperato Exclusivo Picual is crafted at our own mill in Caçapava do Sul, RS, Brazil.
It shows green fruitiness and a highly aromatic profile, with balanced bitterness and pungency. Its flavor is distinctly fruity, strongly reminiscent of green tomato and fresh leaves.
