Prosperato Origens: Campanha Gaúcha is the result of the finest lots from our early harvest. Selected lot by lot by master miller Rafael Marchetti, it expresses with depth the true essence of our land.
An intense and sophisticated blend of Koroneiki and Picual, combining fresh, vivid herbaceous notes with pronounced bitterness and pungency, alongside a rare balance between Koroneiki’s nutty character and Picual’s fruity notes.
A robust and aromatic olive oil made to finish more highly seasoned dishes with presence, enhancing flavors, adding sensory layers, and leaving a lasting mark at the table.
