Extra virgin olive oil SANTINI comes from western Istria, the area around Poreč,which is ideal for olive growing thanks to its Mediterranean climate, sunshine, and sea air.
It is produced by the company Agro Fructus d.o.o ( Santini brand ).
This is a blend oil, made from a mix of native Istrian varieties such as:
- Istrian bjelica
-Rošinjola
-Puntoža
The olives are often hand picked and quickly processed ( cold pressing ), whiich preserves quality.
