EVOO High content of polyphenols, oleic acid, oleocanthal, and vitamin E. Over 600 mg/kg of total polyphenols.
Using a traditional dry-farming system, most of the estates are located in mountainous areas, characterized by wide planting frames and steep slopes. These rocky and nutrient-poor soils yield some of the finest extra virgin olive oils (EVOOs).
Among our centuries-old olive trees, we also have a few millenary specimens.
We obtain a limited production from our own estates, where we carry out quality control from the field to the bottle.
The traceability monitoring throughout the extraction process allows us to obtain an extra virgin olive oil
(EVOO) from dryland olive groves, using traditional methods, that is high in polyphenols with unique characteristics.
