Unico is our 100% Picual, born from grafting onto a wild Sicilian olive tree. On the nose, it reveals an intense green fruitiness with notes of tomato and tomato leaf, freshly cut grass, green almond and banana, with hints of artichoke and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is full and consistent, with a firm yet harmonious bitterness and spiciness, evoking arugula and green pepper. The finish is long, clean, almondy, and pleasantly balsamic. Elegant and persistent.
