Zygos Olive Oil Konstantin Galazios (2026)

Almost no one knows that olive trees also grow on the west coast of Greece in Arta – hardly anyone in Greece is aware of this! We produce our olive oil from table olives. I originally come from Germany and have embraced my heritage in Greece: a small family-owned olive oil mill producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil. This olive oil is carefully made from olives harvested early in the morning to ensure the best quality. Traditional processing methods preserve the natural flavor and valuable nutrients of the oil. It is a pleasure for me to carry on this legacy and share the exceptional quality of our olive oil with others.
