Tasting Notes:
Nose: Intense fruity aromas of olive leaf, orange and lemon leaves, fresh olive branch, and hints of very green fresh vegetables, green almond shell, and green banana peel.
Palate: Intense entry on the palate, very green, echoing the aromas on the nose, especially citrus. High, powerful, and well-balanced bitterness and spiciness, both persistent and astringent.
This oil stands out for being clean, fresh, and very green. Medium complexity.
Notas de cata:
nariz: frutado intenso a hoja de olivo, hoja de cítrico de naranja y limón, ramita fresca de olivo, recuerda a hortalizas frescas muy verde, cascará de almendra verde (alloza) y cáscara verde de plátano.
boca: entrada en boca intensa, muy verde, recuerda a los atributos en nariz especialmente a cítricos. Picor y amargor alto, muy potente y compensado ambos persistentes, astringente.
Este aceite destaca por ser limpio, fresco y muy verde. Complejidad media.
