Intense golden yellow with green shades. Clear.
To the nose is strong and intriguing, rich of balm
scents, garden rocket, grass, almond, green
pepper, persisting. In the mouth is delicate and
“of character ” with artichoke tones, chicory and
lettuce, dry and spicy, strong but balanced is the
ideal on appatizers of “porcini” mushrooms, sword
fish “carpaccio” pickled tuna fish, grilled chicory,
lentils soup, “ragù” main courses, red or brown
grilled meats, mature hard cheeses.
