Olivar del Valle S.L. olive oils was founded when Mr. Ícaro Olivieri decided to expand his agricultural operations in Bolaños de Calatrava, which already included the cultivation of cereals, vineyards, and olives. He built a modern mill to process the olives from his own trees, where centuries-old trees stand alongside recently planted ones.
Aceites Olivar del Valle, S.L. is a product of our land and our commitment to quality and excellence in everything we do. In 2002-2003, encouraged by the excellent quality of the oil obtained from the different varieties of olive trees grown on the Olivar del Valle estate, located in Bolaños de Calatrava (Ciudad Real), we decided to expand our agricultural activity by building a modern olive mill to produce our own oil. The 2003-2004 harvest allowed us to offer the first fruits of our production.
All products from Aceites Olivar del Valle, S.L. strictly comply with EU and Spanish regulations regarding oils classified as Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our company is dedicated to the production, processing, and packaging of premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils, from olive harvesting to their transformation into Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We meticulously oversee every step of the process to obtain fruity oils that impress even the most discerning tasters and professionals in the industry. We have our own production and processing facilities for the Arbequina, Cornicabra, Picual, Hojiblanca Koroneiki, Lecciana and Arbosana varieties.
