The Arbequina olives give the oil an elegant aroma, with clean notes of green almond, apple, green fruit, and artichoke. On the palate, it stands out for its smoothness and sweetness, with a light and balanced bitterness and spiciness. The Arbosana variety gives this oil its very fruity and aromatic character, with hints of green leaves. It has a remarkable balance of sweet, bitter, and spicy sensations."
