The company, although it was born in Sep-
tember 2015 has over 40 years of experience in the
field of production of both table olives and of extra vir-
gin olive oil from “Nocellara del Belice” type olive, as
it was founded in 1969 by the father of the current
o w n e r .
The surface area of the olive grove covers about 12 hec-
tares, including almost 2,000 olive trees, many of them
ultra-secolar. From these olive trees derive the “SEVEN
TEMPLES™ extra virgin olive oil.
The property is about 6 kilometers far from the sea,
close to the famous archaeological site in Selinunte
near Castelvetrano in the province of Trapani.
The philosophy of the company is based on the pro-
duct quality obtained thanks to the particular nature of
the soil, to the ideal weather conditions combined with
the right choice of cultivation techniques and taking
care of the following steps: olives harvest, production
and storage of the extra virgin olive oil. The business
“mission” can be summarized in the following few
points:

techniques with respect of traditions;

– Respect for the environment and social responsibility.
