About CERRILLOS OLIVA S.L.

IFM AOVE is a small family-run company based in Ronda, with our own olive groves. We focus on caring for and looking after our olive trees throughout the year, paying attention to every detail to obtain the best possible product. Our work is honest and hands-on, guided by respect for the land.

We harvest early to protect the quality of the olives, carefully selecting them by hand. In 2025, our harvest took place between October 1st and October 9th.
