We were born whereoil is culture, not just a product.
A few steps from the sea of Trapani and the ancient stones of Erice, our family has been growing olive trees for generations. We do it as we do in Sicily: with patience, with respect, with pride.
Every drop of our oil contains a season of sunshine, a childhood spent among the rows, knowledge passed down by word of mouth and guarded like a ritual.
