About DI CARO SRL
A journey through the scents and flavours of Sicily
The wind of Erice caresses the olive trees, the sun warms each fruit, while expert hands pass on ancient knowledge. Every drop of our oils tells a story of care, quality and connection with the territory. Di Caro oil is born here, between tradition and passion, enclosing the breath of Sicily: the green of the leaves, the gold of the freshly pressed olives, the intense aroma that is released on the warm bread. Those who choose Olio Di Caro do not choose just an oil, but a journey into the authentic flavors of a land that tells its story through taste
We were born whereoil is culture, not just a product.
A few steps from the sea of Trapani and the ancient stones of Erice, our family has been growing olive trees for generations. We do it as we do in Sicily: with patience, with respect, with pride.
Every drop of our oil contains a season of sunshine, a childhood spent among the rows, knowledge passed down by word of mouth and guarded like a ritual.
We are not an industry. We are hands that gather , eyes that select, hearts that wait for the right moment.
