DESCRIPTION
MAS TARRÉS BIO is an extra virgin olive oil obtained after a careful
process of selectiona and elaboration of organic Arbequina olives,
certifi cated by CCPAE, Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production.
This extra virgin meets the Biological Agriculture standards
with a strict demanding quality control, as much in the growing
of the olive trees, as in the extraction and bottling processes.
TASTING NOTES
Green medium fruity, with scents of almond, fennel and tomato branch.
Almond taste with a bitter-pungent finishing touch.
