Autentico is a premium extra virgin olive oil produced by Solatia Farm, a family-run organic farm nestled in the hills of Roccasecca dei Volsci in Lazio, Italy. Our olive groves thrive in the mineral-rich soils and optimal climate of the Pontine Hills, where centuries-old traditions of olive growing meet sustainable cultivation.

Made from the native Itrana cultivar, Autentico is carefully harvested and cold-pressed to preserve its natural flavors and nutritional qualities. This extra virgin olive oil expresses the authentic character of its land with vibrant aromas of fresh herbs and green fruit, subtle vegetal notes and a balanced interplay of gentle bitterness and peppery finish.
