Radici Biologico DOP is an organic extra virgin olive oil certified under the DOP Colline Pontine designation, produced exclusively from 100% Itrana olives grown in the Pontine Hills area, Lazio, Italy.

The olives are organically cultivated and harvested at the optimal stage of ripeness, then cold-extracted within a few hours to preserve their natural aromas, polyphenols, and nutritional properties.
