Mandranova is a farm located in the south of Sicily in the Palma di Montechiaro area (Agrigento). The farm develops over ca. 180 hectares, the main products are extra-virgin olive oil and almonds. Along with farming activities, Mandranova offers hospitality with a total of 14 rooms and a private villa situated in the estate.
Our Nocellara cultivar is fruity with a pleasant fragrance of new-mown grass, artichokes and tomatoes. The marked spicy flavour blends with a delightful bitterness. The Nocellara can be paired with tuna fish marinade, vegetables au gratin, seafood, stewed fish, grilled meat, or matured cheese.
