Bright green-yellow in color, on the nose it recalls notes of thistle and chicory, vegetal hints of tomato leaf and sage, with wafts of citrus lime, finishing with fresh almond. On the palate it is well balanced, with bitterness and spiciness clearly evident, and a finish recalling green almond.
